Exactly. These people give me nothing but grief. If someone offers me a bottle of grape Gatorade, I'd want to deck them. People just give me so much shit, that I don't know what to expect in person. I'm really different in person than what I am on here, for the most part. I'm decent, friendly when spoken to, and extremely shy. I'm working on the shy part though.

They give you shit because you react the way that they want you to. If you stop giving them the satisfaction, or better yet a dose of their own medicine I think you'll find your time spent here to be much more positive on every level. I imagine all of that will start when you have completed reinventing and love yourself when you look in the mirror. I have been down this road, and while I recognize it is different for a man, it's not that much different. We are about the same age honey, and I promise you your life will improve drastically when you allow it too. I hope I'm not out of line here, it is not my intent.

Nzoner and Mrs Nzoner are the only ones going that I've met before. I was nervous before going to that one as well. I'm not drinking alcohol at this gathering either. Purely me.
