I know they say it's bad to. Too easy to get discouraged. I'm concentrating more on body fat. Weighing daily just helps make sure I'm on track. I measure myself twice a month. I don't think I've lost any inches yet, but I feel better in my clothes.

I can too, but that's usually during PMS. ANd it's more like 5 lbs.
