Correct, he does seem to hit another gear.

From earlier this season. Rice's top end speed is more than adequate.

Good WR's can be had after the first rd. Rashee Rice, Jayden Reed, Tank Dell, Puka Nacua. All rookies who have done really well this year drafted outside of the 1st rd.

Zay Flowers and Jordan Addison

He does appear to not be a potential diva and a really good teammate. I think that is one of the reasons Mahomes liked him after their sessions in Texas, he knew he would fit in. Super excited about Rice.

Hammock Parties 11-28-2023 02:41 PM

did Rice pick off a pass intended for Kelce?

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Rice getting use to the scramble drill. He spots Mahomes taking off looks up field and finds a void as Spillane takes off after Mahomes. If Rice can’t make the catch, Kelce is right behind him. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Chiefs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Chiefs</a> <a href="https://t.co/wIqZ7pwWNx">pic.twitter.com/wIqZ7pwWNx</a></p>&mdash; Nick Jacobs (@Jacobs71) <a href="https://twitter.com/Jacobs71/status/1729600619705418220?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 28, 2023</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Maybe I have no clue what I'm looking at but.....once Spillane drives on Rice there why didn't Pat hit Watson in the hole behind him?
