Same will happen here. Part of the reason we are a bit spoiled too is Mahomes started off so fast on his rookie contract. Every year of prime Mahomes on a rookie contract was a SB contending year. Now that we are paying him there will be actual lulls here and there.

The best GMs miss drafts, Veach will have a a few more Speaks led drafts. Right now is a prime opportunity we should want to cash in.

A dumb statement. They were contenders every year outside of when Bernard Pollard allah akbar'd his knee.

The Bills are done, stick a fork in them

I've watched these past 4 years, the window isn't closing, it's closed.

Allen isn't the answer. Good QB, but he can't win the clutch games. Oh I know fans will throw a multitude of excuses....coaching, personnel, and each have merit on their own right.

Beans and McD need to go, so does Allen. Let Diggs go to. Get what you can in trade value. That should be solid building blocks if the right management team and coaching staff are assembled.

Many will hate this opinion, but if your not accepting the reality of the current situation, then your living your Bills Fandom in la la land.
The current organizational make up, from management and coaching to roster personnel is not taking this team anywhere.

I know, hate it, hate me and a growing number that share this opinion, but it won't change the reality on the ground. This team is going nowhere, and the past 4+ years outcomes project this.

The time for denial is over. It's time to move on to acceptance.

Has he said that? He’s on pace for almost1200 yards this season. Players don’t retire 1 year after gaining 1200 yards unless they want to.

Hammock Parties 11-06-2023 05:47 PM

The yards just seem to be coming harder than ever.

Hammock Parties 11-06-2023 05:48 PM

LMAO

Mahomes broke them. He truly did.

Josh Allen’s post game press conference was brutal. You can not be feeling good about that team at all. He was doing the math and talking about how they need to win 5 games or so to get into the playoffs and it’s going to be tough and so on. They are so clearly lost and unfocused in that locker room. They are definitely feeling the pressure and growing realization that they missed their only real chance in the 13 seconds game.

And this isn’t the first time this season he’s been completed dejected and talking about the big picture instead of the one game.

but he's mr january

It's even worse, it's that high because they restructured his deal to double down on this roster again. Bills not firing their Mcdermott after 13 seconds was a big mistake.

Their peak franchise moment under McDermott/Allen was only possible because Honey Badger left the game and Spags went vanilla.

Their fans still don't understand that.

I think he has 3 years left and possibly a 4th barring a major injury. Guy stays on perfect shape. TE's play longer than many and 38 not terribly old age for position.

Wtf? Kelce will likely have in excess of 1,000 yards and around 10 TDs. That is with a missed game due to injury. The offense has not exactly been humming either. If they get things rolling second half of the year those numbers could be better. Stop trying to retire the dude. As long as we are winning and he is productive they are going to have to shove him out the door. Could very easily see him play for 4-5 more years. His chemistry with Mahomes is elite. Even if he is a pure possession type receiver in his last couple of years so be it.

Josh has a love hate relationship with himself. He loves himself to be the hero & hates himself for falling for that again

I don't remember any TE's make it to 38 and beyond maybe someone can name them.

Regardless I agree we need to address that position after the season.
I mean is Noah Grey the next man up and I would think he's learned some of Kelce's tricks to getting open. Though there is a learning curve with Mahomes getting used to him.
