On Sunday, the Raiders need the Houston Texans to beat the Titans, the Baltimore Ravens to beat the Steelers and the Colts to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars. If all those things happen, coupled with a Raiders win, then Oakland will sneak into the last playoff spot.

Currently, the Titans have the final playoff spot and would play the Kansas City Chiefs if the playoffs began tomorrow.

Considering how bad the Chiefs have destroyed the Faders this year- it would be a great tune-up game for us at home.

The midseason titans game was crazy. I would say most of you feel like that was one you should have won. I was pretty amazed myself.
Speaking of playing the titans, I had no idea Andy Reid had such a bad record against them. It's like he's cursed with all the flukey stuff that happens, especially the last 2.

Ravens won’t be an easy out. But their defense gives up big plays to receivers, their RB, and TE got gimped up yesterday, and Lamar took a hit yesterday where he came up limping a little. All it’s gonna take is someone to hit him right and his game will have to change. They have 3 weeks to rest, but that’s a long time to get stagnant.

I am not really impressed with the Ravens defense. The Jets were running all over them. I see a repeat of the last game. Mahomes and our offense will carve them up. This time, their running game will run into a Red brick wall.

I just know that they’re going to attack Peters. And he can’t hide this time. They aren’t going to protect him like Wade Phillips did.

He can’t cover Hill whatsoever and I really don’t think he can hang with Watkins when he is locked in.

The Ravens are already cocky and overconfident. Let the media keep blowing sunshine up their asses. I want the Chiefs to be the underdog for the rest of the year.

Why are we getting mad that the media loves the other two teams? Let them. Build the hype, and the pressure. Give Lamar the MVP. Let Mahomes go under the radar slightly. Getting overlooked is more fun anyway.

And all that being said, plenty of pundits will pick us in those matchups, most certainly in the NE game.

I think Terez Paylor was spot on when he talked about Tenn on his show last night.

The whole city and fan base will be nervous and antsy, but it will be an ‘over my dead body’ game for Mahomes. And with HB, Clark, Suggs leading the charge in practice for the D... no way they have that letdown.

Defense will have something to prove. This time it’s personal

I tell ya what tho man. Our losses to the Colts and Titans were UGLY losses. But we got Suggs as a consolation. Ironically I wouldn't change a thing.

If I could go back in time change those two losses into victories and not get Suggs, I wouldn't. Suggs completed a pass rush trip that might be second to nobody right now. And we have the perfect DC to utilize their talents. Spags shut down Brady, Moss, and the rest of the 18-1 2007 Super Bowl runner ups. A great pass rush played a key roll.


Not mention a rotation of Clark, Suggs, Jones, Nnadi, and Pennel is very solid against the run. Being we may be seeing the Titans AND Ravens, this is vital.

The only team that can beat the Chiefs are....the Chiefs. I really honestly believe that.
