Well to be fair he only had the bases loaded 1 time this year, so he just tried to power his way through it like last time. lol The batter before the 3 run double he absolutely turned him out on 2 sliders, but then refused to go back to it. I guess with all that adrenaline going it can make you do stupid things.

Im going to chalk this outting up for him as a brain fart, because he was dominating until he went fastball crazy. He might have been getting a bit tired? who knows.

My wife had to work tonight. I was with the girls, put them down about 8:00. After that, I was grading papers while the game was on, getting progressively more enraged.

I don't think so. He nibbles way too much in the playoffs and his pitch count gets out of control. He tries to strike out everyone and doesn't use his two seamer nearly enough.
