Josh Williams played really well. He should have gotten a shot to begin with. Williams was targeted 3 times and allowed 0 catches. He was the best CB on Friday if Pro Football Reference's advanced defensive stats are correct.

Last year, he played 310 coverage snaps and was targeted 29 times snd allowed 12 receptions for 103 yards and 2 touchdowns. Josh Williams = Brandon Carr. Give him his props. |

Johnson's gettiny bullied but so is Connor playing SCB. Think we need it limited to 1 liability at this point even is Nazeeh keeps getting picked on. |

He's never really had a long run of games to fully establish himself so I think this is a great chance infront of him now. He has speed, is tall and has great length for a CB. I really think he could play at Watson's level eventually. I was looking at the snap counts from the last AFC and Superbowl games and both him and Jaylen literally played the same amount of snaps which was around 21 snaps in both games. So he's been on the field in those huge games and has that experience to lean on. |

As soon as he came in, the pass defense got better. That’s not a coincidence. |

They've shown they can draft and develop mid and later round CB's and DB's. Now, they won't all hit, but I wouldn't go running to draft guys high just because of injuries and such.
Keep drafting the best players you can and go from there. |
