One of top favorite bands ever and just my .02 but I classify them as progressive rock although they have some great mellow tunes that IMO would fit just about any category.

As an aside, since Doobies and McDonald were brought up, but has anyone heard of Dukes of September? McDonald, Scaggs, and Donald Fa(stupid filter)gen

Hey I didn't get my high school nik Jammin' Joe for nothing.I'm even proud to say I've got such classics as Buddy Holly,Roy Orbison and Bo Diddley in my personal music collection.
