I love the Reacher series. Just finished up the season the other day. Yeah, it's not great writing, but it is satisfying to see him (and his team) take out the bad guys. It's kind of like the 80s action hero movies. Yeah, they were lame and the writing wasn't great. But who didn't enjoy Rambo going all.....well.....Rambo?

its a decently fun series, but the books are so much better.

Yeah - that ending fell apart.

But I enjoyed watching Dixon jiggle as she dangled from the helicopter...

It was like LOTR Return of the King with it never ending.

The ending to Season 2 was just god awful. The writers were just horrible.

The books just got so repetitive. I think I read the first 4 (maybe 5) and the stories just get stale.

Maybe it's because I was reading them back to back. If I swapped to something else, then back to a Reacher book, maybe they wouldn't get to feeling so tedious.

But it was kinda like trying to binge watch Letterkenny. I love that show in small doses but if you watch three episodes in a row, you really do need a palate cleanser.

First season kicked ass... the second season was bad. I hope they get back on track.

I'm not sure I'd go so far as bad, but it wasn't great.

Dudes still got their asses beat. And that's always a good time.

Second season was a couple levels less than first season. BUT season 2 gave us Serinda Swan playing Karla Dixon. So, it's a wash.

I’m currently in the middle of the most recent book, In Too Deep. I don’t recall the Persuader.

I enjoyed season one, not sure what happened in season two however after a few episodes, I basically forgot that it was there.

I finished it but man, it was kind of hard watching the last few episodes for sure.

I'll be happy if it's even a little better than season 2. Season 2 was a bit of a disappointment.
