If it’s rainy, and since we are winning this game, I can see it now, “but can he beat an elite defense when it’s not wet?!”

Jag fans are feeling a lot of confidence after seeing the Denver game. Think they can stop us. Think we can't stop them.

Offense had to grind it out Monday night and get some heroics from our boy to get the win. Hopefully they get it rolling this week and put the world on notice.

They won't have the crowd noise to **** with the offense like Denver did...

And Bortles will have to deal with the noise.

I generally agree but Mahomes has been making money evading tacklers. I think a slick field makes it harder for him to scramble as he's more likely to slip, etc.

Gods don't slip

This team will have to play the run this week otherwise Jacksonville is that team that would probably hand it off 50 times.

They lost at home to the Titans starting Blaine Gabbert. Wut?

Yea the Titans front 7 actually stops the run.

Has Mahomes played in a heavy rain before? what was he like? Any Tech fans care to interject?

carcosa 10-03-2018 10:17 AM

Hearing from a source that the Chiefs are planning on running a tackling drill in practice this week. I'm not concerned about stopping the run

They're also claiming that the Chiefs are in the refs' pockets.

Yep...clearly getting all the calls when you find yourself in 2nd and 30 on your last drive of the game. And 10 total penalties to 3. ROFL

How the hell did the Titans beat them with Blaine Gabbert?

Bad Bortles showed up.

They match up with us quite well and that worries me a bit.

They have faced old man Eli and injured Mariota. They ain't seen nothing like Mahomes.
