Attended the memorial today. Harder than expected, but I flat out broke down when the honor guard presented the American flag to his youngest son. I've never witnessed that first hand, and was overwhelmed by it. God bless him, he's in a better place. The only further update I'll have to this thread is when I take his 14 year old son from 265 pounds down to about 160. And I will do it, if he lets me.
