I don't disagree that Daniel had a far better grasp of the offense.

And Mizzou was completely screwed out of 4 points.

Daniel played in this offense for 3 years in HS and another 4 years in college.

He knew it as well as his coaches did. Comparing anyone to Daniel isn't really fair.

Gabbert is clearly better within the offense than he was last season and he's progressing about as would be expected.

His teammates love him (around town, he's thought of more highly than Daniel was) and the kid is as sturdy as you'll find.

He's an NFL prospect without question.

Just kick the ****ing FG

ozarkchief 10-16-2010 11:40 AM

Is there an A & M alum up in the replay booth? Heh

Bowser 10-16-2010 11:41 AM

Bad reffing coupled with bad coaching = 4 points off the board. Good god.

Hey, he lined it up on 2nd down and they couldn't handle the snap. I give them credit there.

The officials stole 4 points from us, simple as that.

DeezNutz 10-16-2010 11:41 AM

Bad taste b/c of the four-point ****ing, but that's still a great half.

Saul Good 10-16-2010 11:41 AM

That makes me sick. I think the first team to 20 wins. I thought we had it.

I'd give credit if they ran it more often. Then maybe they wouldn't suck at it.

Yep.

3.5 point dogs up by 16 on the road at halftime. Not too shabby.

I'm not saying that he doesn't. I just can't say that he does. He is absolutely an NFL prospect, but he should come back. I'm not sure if Franklin won't be a better fit for our offense even though Gabbert is the better pure QB.

Chiefs get two field goals, and three TDs (one by long rush, one by defense/ST). They trail 27-20 when the third TD comes on a Cassel bootleg and Haley goes for 2 to seal the win in the final moments. Chiefs win 28-27.

The NFL's a different game, that's for sure.

Hell, did Freeman really scare anyone in college? I thought he was way, way overrated going into the draft... but he's doing well so far.
