It seemed like our defense and special teams was just hurting the South Carolina players.

would be ****ing awesome to knock off Georgia

We were certainly hitting them pretty hard every down.

Missouri up to #16, behind LSU and in front of North Carolina.

I was at a pool party. Very happy to see the penetration (npi) that thongs have made into the female bikini bottom market share. They seem to be required in Scottsdale, maybe due to an ordinance that some visionary city officials enacted.

Watched a recording of the game but don’t have much feedback, was apparently distracted by trying see how many potato chips I could drunkenly stuff into my mouth at one time (a lot!). Watched the Mizzou game, the Avs v Carolina NHL game, and game 5 of the NLCS and don’t remember a single play from any of them.

Sounds like Wingo will be committing to Texas now. They bumped their offer up significantly this AM.

That's unfortunate but as previously noted, this WR room could carry over 100% next year. It's an elite room as it stands.

It's always better to get a 5* than not, but if we can 'bank' some NLI money to put it into the OL or DL, we may be better served.

Side note: **** I hate having to view college football through effectively a salary cap lens...

This is from insidetexas.com from an hour ago.

Recruiting Prediction Machine: 88.9 percent in favor of Missouri

No link. It’s what I was told by people connected to Texas. It could all be smoke and trying to build up excitement for the ceremony.

Pasta Little Brioni 10-25-2023 11:48 AM

I heard it on the radio, so he isn't full of shit. But it didn't say he was committing only that Texas moved to the favorite

After a little investigation, all I can find is brief statement made by a 247 Longhorns 'insider' that said he's not changing his prediction to Mizzou "out of respect to Ryan and his family" (whatever the hell that means) but if that weren't the case they would've flipped predictions back to Texas.

I think this is a guy hedging his bets... but we'll see. If there's another catalyst for this information, it's nothing that 5 minutes of searching is finding lol

BryanBusby 10-25-2023 11:59 AM

And that's why trying to chase and predict the whims of 17 year olds is a silly time. Only matters on signing day.
