Yep, but at least Tiecher admits on his vlog he really doesn't know anything. If it were Athan's vlog, he'd just be making a bunch of shit up.

Jimmy Raye cannot be interviewed until the Chargers are out of the POs.

Jimmy Raye III can be interviewed anytime except sunday, they are not the same as the coaches.

Brock 01-08-2009 02:34 PM

Jimmy Raye can be interviewed whenever the Chargers say so.

NO PRESS CONFERENCES SCHEDULED BY CHIEFS

Posted by Mike Florio on January 8, 2009, 3:46 p.m. EST

As the Scott Pioli rumors/speculation continue in Kansas City, we’re told that none of the various media outlets working the story have bothered to ask a simple question of the team.

Are any press conferences scheduled?

We’re also told that no press conferences are scheduled, which undercuts the ever-expanding suggestion that a deal is close to done, and that an announcement is close to imminent.

610Sports in Kansas City reports that the Chiefs have offered Patriots VP of Player Personnel Scott Pioli their GM position.

However, the sides have yet to agree on control. Owner Clark Hunt prefers to hire a money man to handle the finance side while Pioli keys on personnel, which Hunt presumably feels is his strong suit. If Pioli wants power over both responsibilities, he may just stay in New England. Hunt also wants Pioli to keep Herm Edwards as coach. We're guessing Pioli would have none of that.

No kidding.

They're not even the worst in the state. The Post-Disgrace down in the Lou is pathetic.

KC Star sports section gets a lot of credit nationally from its peers in the newspaper industry. People may not give a shit about that...no biggie. Even if that were not the case it is funny watching users around here fall into the same dramatic trap that plagues sports message board.

X is always the worst at X without any doubt.

It is stupid and makes the user seem like all they want to do is hear themselves bitch.

Dude, seriously, I don't know when to shut my mouth on this shit, so I'm a reerun, but Nick was up at 1 AM last night working his sources. He doesn't make stuff up.

I have never heard anything come from his mouth that was not a paraphrase of info that was available on another news outlet first.

Pretty much. I find all these rumors floating around funny. If Clark has managed to keep a lid on it thus far, ain't no way random newspapers, Len Dawson, or Bob the Poster will know anything...
