I hate Getz as much as anyone, but Gio has yet to do anything when given a chance to show he's a better option.

His work with the bat in spring training this year wasn't quite as disappointing as his hitting has been in his big-league stints, but it still wasn't very good.

I want Gio to make it clear he's the best option, but he just hasn't done it.

The White Sox can mother**** themselves but the facility they share with LA in Glendale is fantastic.

Gordon homers to make it 3-1 Royals in the 5th.

Exactly, however Getz has never done anything to prove he is the guy. He is Dayton Moores guy and that is what is important.

Only problem is they did a terrible job with figuring out the shade. Most of the seats, you fry. Everything is brightly-colored and reflects light back onto you.

I like the sun, plus the concourse is big enough to accommodate the shade seekers. I got chilly in the late inning shade at Surprise yesterday.
