Hourly manager.

Hourly is good. I'm an assistant supervisor and still hourly. Supervisors are salaried, and it sucks ass.

My place only carries 5 salaried managers with 4 hourly. It's something that I wanted since I started here. I only applied here with the reason of moving up. With no degree, I had to work my way up and so far I have.

It may suck because of how many hours you have to put in, but the money is so much better.

Good things come to those who wait....and work hard. I'm proud of ya, buy! :)
