After CEH why are folks eager for KC to draft a RB in Round 1?

I never even bothered to read about Will Johnson given his top 10 ratings, but I'm climbing aboard his train as the top CB prospect. I'm assuming he's good enough to fit into the Spagnuolo system, and he seems like a bargain right now.
