If Jaguars are giving away Laviska Shenault, that would be a nice addition.
I doubt that they are wanting to get rid of him though. He is still on a 2nd round rookie contract. Chris Trapasso is just posting thoughts and seeing what kind of interests he gets. |

Let’s say year 1 is $13mm and year 2 is voidable, then maybe not horrible. Wasn’t the team scheduled to have $13mm in dead $ in 2022 either way? |

@AdamSchefter: Former Jaguars’ WR D.J. Chark intends to sign a one-year deal with the Detroit Lions, per source.
@RapSheet: For DJ Chark, it’s a 1-year deal worth $10M fully guaranteed. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1503704382650699778 I'm guessing no one else offered. |
DJ Chark to Detroit.
One of the teams mentioned with Allen Robinson. Hmmm |

Saw some stuff this morning that Cleveland is evaluating their QB situation, too. I'm starting to feel like Robinson can get done today. |

Even if the rumors aren't true, it sews doubt about the situation in Cleveland. Allen Robinson is at a point in his career where he can get a decent payday but also compete for that ultimate goal. I really feel like he's going to be a Chief. |

I know Chark has had some injuries, but that seems like a great deal for Detroit. I'm assuming we weren't interested in him. Otherwise, feels like a missed opportunity.
Robinson would definitely make me feel better about the situation though. |
PFN is reporting that Watson is meeting with the Browns today after meeting with the Saints and Panthers yesterday.
Hopefully that's enough to dissuade Robinson from considering Cleveland. |
If I was Arizona I’d be calling on Watson. Reunite him and Hop. Texans get Kyler and send Deshaun to the NFC. Everyone wins (except Kyler).

No he isn't so it's strange but he does have to approve of the trade so he has a say. They are on the hook for a lot of money so they need this to happen.

Rather send Watson to the NFC. |

The only reason I think it's newsworthy is because it says the Browns know they have question marks at QB. I want Allen Robinson badly at this point. He's my #1 target now that they've addressed safety. Of the teams rumored to be in on him, Detroit just signed Chark and now we have this stuff coming out of Cleveland. I hope this works in the Chiefs' favor. |

Zay Jones is a bottom feeder that got play due to injuries. Yes, call Jax GM. He's brain dead. |

Shenault could be really fun with the Chiefs. Use him in that Deebo/Patterson role and let him make plays. Only concern with him is the injury history.

Saying it again - Veach gets 2 WR before the draft.
A mix of - ARob - JuJu - Landry - Patterson - Shenault (?) |

Now imagine 2 elite possession weapons plus Tyreek. Line up Hill, Robinson and Kelce on one side of the field. Someone will be wide open every time. You can't apply 2 doubles. |
Man, Shenault still has 3 years of team control and his cap hit is only 2 Mil this year.
I’d snag him and still have money for one of the FA WR’s. |

Shenault would kill on shit out of the backfield in this offense.
Hopefully Pederson gives us the Andy Reid tree discount. |
Shenault seems like the ultimate value play. Robinson + Shenault would be outstanding.
Then still draft a WR, but it isn’t near the need it was before. Maybe 3rd round-ish. In that scenario, I wouldn’t mind taking a RT in maybe the 2nd. Might as well complete the offense. |

If you get Shenault, the pressure on adding youth and upside to the WR room decreases significantly. So I’m fine with that. Take some long shots late for a year or 2. You’ve bought yourself time. |

Hell yes trade for Shenault as our #3 WR. If we can land Allen Robinson, we can call our WR corp set and move on to DL and DBs.

Need a WR, then just full court press the pass rush.
You can find a CB in wave 2/3 of FA. |

If you Google Allen Robinson, one of the first links is a story from SI saying he’s heading to Cleveland. If you click it, it goes to an error page?
Anyone know what this is about? |

Expect most teams to start doing this especially after watching the Bengals do it to us in the 2nd half. Thats why we need to attack the shallow and intermediate part of the field

He was just bad last year. No real way to sugarcoat it. He had a bad year. And so right now 1/2 his seasons in the NFL are bad. But Urban had that team so twisted up that it's hard to put much fault on anyone for struggling there last year. And he's something of an introspective kid (the Athletic did a piece on him early last season) so it wouldn't surprise me if he got in his head a bit with everything that was going on out there. I wouldn't write him off. The talent is immense and the skill-set is exactly what we should be looking for. He's cheap and he's young. |
What am I missing with Juju here? It seems like the ideal fit for us and him?
We need a good #2 guy that excels in the short and midrange areas. Well... thats him |
