S***ty behaviour from "fans" but a good outcome. Social media is a cancer and a distraction.

Dude left his wife and 3 year old at home to go to a bar to watch the game. He’s exactly what you’re describing.

Yes everyone who bitches about a sports team on the internet has a shitty life. What a reeruned opinion.
If KC had a good WR they would have won that game.

That honestly was probably a mandate from either Reid or his teammates convinced him to. Regardless of how you feel about it, Toney has already proven he cannot handle that type of fan hatred.

And if you had informed and good opinions you'd relax after one ****ing game and not overreact like a petulant child

He deserved the praise for his Superbowl performance as much as he deserves the grief when he shit the bed as bad as he did last night.

Comes with the territory.

Dude is probably pretty torn up right now, and rightfully so. But life ain't about you on your worst day if you bounce back. I hope his teammates and coaches pick him up and help him dig himself out.

If he's a real competitor, he'll use this as motivation and come back better next week. Or he could go the other way and be a little bitch about the whole thing.

Sarcasm isn't your strong point i take it? Everything on the internet is real.

And a sincere apology from whoever left him out there. Yes, he's a professional football player that needs to do his ****ing job, but given the circumstances of him coming off a knee surgery that had him miss effectively all of the off season program combined with him just being off mentally he should've been on the bench way earlier.

He had, what, 5 targets in 11 snaps?

He was getting the ball thrown his way because he was the guy getting open.

Kiimo 09-08-2023 09:15 AM

It's just fickle to turn on a guy this fast. The last game he played he was instrumental in lifting a banner. The next game he played he dropped some balls and fans were calling for him to be released because they're drunk and lost in both the sauce and their feelings.

Yep.

Anyone blaming his knee is lost. He was doing a good job getting open, just couldn't pull his head out of his ass.

He will rebound and wbf.

Solomon Phoenix 09-08-2023 09:18 AM

Giants fan here. I remember reading a quote from Kelce where he said "I don't know how they let him out of the building"

Chiefs fans found out why last night. Toney was a clown in NY and he will continue to be a clown in KC. Coach Daboll was even playing his garbage rap music over the loudspeaker in practice trying to connect with him and get on board but he is what he is.

The punt returns and the Euphoria of winning a Superbowl had Chiefs fans blinded for a while. We got Darren Waller for the pick we traded for Toney. We're loving that on the east coast. Good Riddance to that fool.

Thanks for knocking off the Eagles by the way.

Hoover 09-08-2023 09:19 AM

I blame Reid more than Toney. Yeah, I know he practiced all week and that's meaningful to Reid, but the dude missed all of camp. He clearly wasn't ready to play.

And where the **** was McKinnon. Dude murdered teams all preseason when he got the ball, but no, lets get cute in the red zone or keep throwing it to KT
