Great. Just ****ing great. Spend cash on a great matchup game to watch Mahomes vs an elite pass D and it’s going to be raining heavily.

Then watch KHunt gouge them in the rain.

I just checked the forecast as well, it looks very wet. I think that typically hinders the passing team more, but at this point I just can't second-guess our QB in any situation.

Gunna be a rain game. Not sure if that helps or hurts us.

If the offense relied entirely on timing, it would hurt. But Mahomes is one of the best improvisers in the NFL. With him extending pass plays and Hunt pounding the ball on the ground, I don't think the rain will be much of a detriment.

I agree i think its going start looking like snow but that's just jizz from the upper balconies after touchdowns.

Rain game is to the Jags favor. It won’t be easy for teams to catch the ball and we have serious trouble stopping the run.

Damnit

Rain games are better for offenses. Defenses have to play reactive, offenses know where they're going.

That's not bad for the Chiefs.

I generally agree but Mahomes has been making money evading tacklers. I think a slick field makes it harder for him to scramble as he's more likely to slip, etc.

Absolutely.

Makes me think of KC/BUF from 2015. The receivers were open all the time in the rain.

This will probably be another ugly game for the offense. Hopefully they can avoid turnovers as they did in Denver and make clutch plays in the 4th quarter to win.

Key to D

Dare Bortles to beat you.

Still not sold on his flash in the pan fraudulent ass.

ptlyon 10-03-2018 09:35 AM

This will be a breakout game for the Chiefs D as they won't have to tackle with Jax falling down all over the place.

Reerun_KC 10-03-2018 09:36 AM

I’m really not sold on our 32.2.

You just gave me bad mental images.

I'd probably go pretty conservative on offense here this week. I know you wanna make big plays and such, but this d is pretty damn difficult.
