You are totally missing the point of my post. I did not say that at all.

Stats are overrated. The most important stat is wins and losses. Tom Brady has said this numerous times and so has BB.

We won the game.. That's the goal every time any team plays on Sunday. The goal isn't to get nice stats and lose but hey if how many yds we got on offense is all you care about more power to you.

If there was ever a week for our defense to gave up 24 points... :grovel::grovel::grovel:

Nice stats generally lead to a higher chance of winning. This isn't difficult

I'll bet Foles won't top 190 yards and 0/0 TDs to INTs.

his avg per game in his career, even with the shitty 2012 and 2015 teams thrown in is 225 / game...

His avg is 1.5 TD a game roughly...

On the decent teams

closer to 250 ypg and 2 td

The biggest question in my mind is if they blitz the shit out of us, can the RB pick up the blitzes....since charles and maybe ware will both be gone...

If nick can get rid of the ball fast, and we can pick their blitzes up and punish them... I could see a monster day because you KNOW theyre gonna bring 5 alot

good for him IMO...he needs to take care of #1 ...He has a mountain of cash...and a bangin ass wife...what good is all that if his brains get scrambled?

The NFL needs to do more to protect the QB's. the week Before there was several questionable late hits on Smith. I saw many more in other games.

When the QB begins his slide you ease up. No different like taking the QB to the ground or hitting him after the ball is out. You don't fall on top of the QB. You don't drive him Into the ground. That defender purposely drove Smith's shoulder and head into the ground.

It's a bad look to say he's asymptomatic and not play. Not necessarily on him, but on the whole ordeal.

There is absolutely no doubt that the Chiefs PR department has put the team and Smith in a pickle, but that's on the franchise, not the player.

Who in their right mind would fault Smith for wanting to sit out a game after seeing those brutal hits to, what has essentially been described as, concrete?

Keeping the seat nice and warm for Alex. Let's get a win, Nick.

Nothing. It would be swell to see Nick Foles do in his first Chiefs start what Alex literally does not do: beat a team that scored 24+

I agree but if the defender starts the tackle before or simultaneously to the slide, no foul. You cant punish a defender for tackling a ball carrier, especially on a called running play

thabear04 11-02-2016 12:16 PM

Well the Jags are an okay team but Alex needs his rest for the following week against the panthers.

KranzDictum 11-02-2016 12:17 PM

I usually love to see a team in the AFC West switch QB's midseason but Foles is a legit QB who can throw downfield and get the WR's in the game rather than rely on trick 3TE sets and dump offs to the RB who is overworked with no JC behind Ware.

You guys are better with Foles. I was hoping Reid would stick with the guy he traded 2 2nd round picks for. Now teams have to worry about the back half of the field.

raybec 4 11-02-2016 12:18 PM

This thread is the perfect storm of CP dumbshit.

"Alex is a pussy because he won't Steve Gleason himself deliberately"
"Andy will hold Foles back because Alex is his guy"
"Only fantasy football morons care if the offense moves and scores"

Jesus tits there is some dumb ass shit in here.

20+ point win no matter what
