That's where I'm at. The losses in 97 and 2003 were like a kick in the gut, because I felt like those teams had very good chances to go to the Super Bowl and win it. I never felt that way about this team. Perhaps that's why I enjoyed this season so much, and why I enjoyed watching this playoff game until the very end. For 3 hours I had as much fun watching today's game as any Chiefs game I've ever watched. The last 10 minutes were awful, but it was a hell of a ride this year. Much better than the 2-14 debacle last year.

Tonight was the second worst blown lead in NFL history.... I've been a fan since I was 6, so 24 years now. Tonight is the first time I ever thought, "Why am I a fan of this team again?" If there is one thing that the Chiefs have done consistently well throughout my life is get my hopes up only to destroy them in historic and record breaking fashion. My family said I'm so negative and dramatic but honestly this is like your slutty ex girlfriend who keeps cheating on you but your dumb ass is the one that keeps allowing it to happen. I don't know where I stand at the moment, but I've never felt more angry and disappointed than I did tonight.

i cant even breath, this really sucks, I don't think even after 45 yrs of being a fan that I can get this emotionally involved again. they have kicked me in the balls and made me puke for the last time, I am not saying I wont watch them and enjoy the wins, I just wont go off the deep end when (not if) they lose again. right now andy is no better than marty in my opinion, again why the fugg do I care so much?
