A team usually takes on the personality of its head coach.

Haley: Erratic, inconsistent, moments of genius/idiocy.

How anyone is still trying to make a case for Haley is beyond me.

Palko was all the GM got him. Pioli thought Palko was a good number 2 so haley played him.

No Palko was Haleys Buddy. If you're gonna credit Breaston solely to Haley then Palko belongs there too. And it was Haley that had him as the backup not Pioli.

2009 Team was shit under Haley
2010 team was better with weis
2011 team was shit again under haley

Yes, the team talent level is better this year but that's 'the process'. Hopefully the team will be a little better again next year and the next ...

It's Haley's own dam fault he was too stupid to last for more upgrades.

There were probably 10 FA's who would have intentionally stayed away from KC because of Haley for every 1 who found the signing bonus too great to resist.
