Von still hasn't signed.

But he’s expected to re-sign with the Rams.

It’s pretty simple.

It’s either Clowney, a veteran trade target, or they’re going to be aggressive in the 1st round.

No other way around it.

Clark+Clowney as our starting DEs make me super nervous

Let's keep playing patty-cake with Allen Robinson while the options we actually need dry up around us.

Great plan.

They’d likely be taking one in their first 2 picks, and maybe with both.

They’re going to throw a number of guys at the position.

Honestly thank god. Did not want us getting stuck with his contract if injuries kick in. Still plenty of younger talent with upside left IMO:
Kemoko Turay
Dante Fowler Jr.
Dorance Armstrong
Solomon Thomas
Al-Quadin Muhammad
Rasheem Green
Arden Key
Jadeveon Clowney

Apart from the injury issues, they just don't complement each other well at all.

Both guys are SDE type players. The difference is that Clowney, when on the field, at least still plays the position fairly well.

Even still, neither guy presents a real pass rush threat.

This DL is going to be an absolute shit-show.

We have zero idea what their plan is. There’s no reason to think they’re “playing patty-cake” with Robinson either.

Give me Clowney and Key.

We can make a pretty reliable guess as to what their remaining options are.

And if their plan was to sit ass while those dwindled, then I guess they're executing it to perfection.

O.city 03-16-2022 02:39 PM

So who's a big DE thats near the end of his contract elsehwere that said team doesn't wanna pay? That may be where we need to start looking.

I'm fine with it. Not a big fan of the edge names that keep getting thrown around in here

Just have a feeling Robinson would of signed by now and is planning to sign where ever Watson gets traded too.

Lorenzo Carter, Melvin Ingram and an early draft pick
