BTW, Case Keenum is my 2nd cousin by marriage. He married my 2nd cousin Kimmy...They were dating since HS so I got to see the kid grow up first hand. I also graduated from UH so that's probably why I'm biased when it comes to him. I saw him Easter and he said that he might be going to Baltimore this year if he doesn't stick in Houston.

Give me the name of a Houston bbq joint worth it's salt. It's been underwhelming as a bbq city so far compared to the rest of the state. They've got some fine burgers in that city, though.

You're right. I'm going to a place in Crosby (about 40 miles NE of Houston) called "Goings BBQ" off of FM 2100. If you're ever in the area, check it out. I order prepared briskets from them all the time. In fact, had one for the Easter gathering I referred to in my last post.

In Houston, I go to Good Company usually. Not the best, but it's "OK." I stay way from Luther's. I used to go to Drexler's BBQ all through college and up until about 10 years ago when it closed. Now that place was awesome!
