It's already been said that he was at brunch. I mean, how do you prove there was champagne in his orange juice? It's not like he was at a club it was brunch with his mom

Plea to what tho?

Texas started the hit and run law to prevent people from avoiding DUIs by running. They will have God knows how much evidence that he was drinking and there will be countless timestamps of his car from the venue to the crash.

Too much publicity to go light.

Nah, there will be a plea late next Feb./March.

In58men 07-15-2024 09:39 PM

Are we still breaking down the case?

I would rather get rear ended in stop and go traffic moving at most 15 mph than whatever speed he might be doing at 2 am.

And yes, some people are coming home from work at 2am.

June 23, 2025 is the court date

Seems unlikely the NFL will take any disciplinary action before the trial.

I don't have a law degree. Is that a criminal trial or a civil trial for money by those hurt? I'm going with this specific suit doesn't go to trial and a payment is worked out to appease all.

For those who didn't click through, that's for one of the civil suits and scheduled for June 2025.

I don't think the NFL is waiting on the civil trial.
