You're entitled to your own opinion also, but I'd say that's a result of a bunch of dink and dunk shit. Alex Smith is throwing for more yards in the air than Bortles, which is all that needs to be said.

You may be right, but Idk. Alex dinked and dunked throughout his time here in KC and yet he was sacked like 45 times per year on average.

I feel like we need some more advanced statistics and I'm just too lazy to look into it.

It sounds like you think Calais Campbell is going to do something Von Miller couldn't....if you have been watching as much as you say then you know Campbell hasn't been as good as last year.

I also think you are overestimating Bortles...He self destructs just as easily as he plays well. Plus they are working with young receivers who sometimes get the dropsies.

Um, Campbell had 14.5 sacks last season and is on pace for 12 more this season. He was a ****ing beast last season and he's a ****ing beast this season.

The Von Miller comparison isn't even noteworthy. Miller was matched up with our best OL who, historically, does pretty well against him. Campbell will be matched up against Erving, Morse, and LDT. That has potential bloodbath written all over it.

And I never even said shit about Bortles except that he'd likely have a lot of time in the pocket. I'm not pretending like the guy is good, but if Sutton drops seven or eight all game he could find a rhythm. He'll almost certainly have some scrambles for nice gains as well.

The Jags defense also allows a league-low 164 passing yards per game. That's insane. We had a decent game against a trash Case Keenum and still gave up 250 yards through the air.

They match up with us quite well and that worries me a bit.

A big part of the responsibility is on the staff. We've seen it with the Chief's coaching carousel before, this is different. Get the team relaxed, ready and hungry. Showtime will do the rest.

Agreed, notable difference and that's why we paid him.

Their defense is a notch or a hundred above ours.

They are the sacks of meat the Romans tossed to the Lions.

So this is now the 3rd time the Chiefs are playing a defense playing the Seattle scheme, this is the most talented team doing it though.

I heard this morning there are 12 teams in the league that are playing 2 schemes...no wonder offense is up you're seeing the same schemes constantly.

pugsnotdrugs19 10-03-2018 08:23 AM

4 of the Jags starting OL are on the injury report. Gotta take advantage of that.

LF is officially OUT for the game sunday in KC.

90% chance of thunderstorms....so it doesn't hurt my feelings at all that their top runner is out.

pugsnotdrugs19 10-03-2018 08:57 AM

DJ Hayden, their slot CB, is also OUT.
