But anyone who can justify Triplettes call....is not a Chiefs fan. It became a rigged game once he said it was non reviewable per forward progress, that's all I've been saying.
Lonewolf agruing against that is his right, for sure. .But I think if he's going to do that, he ought to be man enough to do so without going and crying to the mods behind my back when I say something he doesnt like, IMO. I hope someday he'll reach a level of maturity where he'll be able to do that.

Don't worry about the personal attacks when they're coming as a result of people directly, or indirectly, minimizing an NFL official pulling the "forward progress" card to block any challenge.
Jeff's retiring after the game isn't enough.
The Chiefs muted reply is equally disgusting - they owe it to their paying fans. The Chiefs should look into the league withholding any compensation he claims to be owed while they review his performance.
And there would be nothing wrong with Chunt seeding the media (via leaks) that his club might seek an internal investigation into game-fixing based on Triplette's crew, after not having playoff game since 2013 (I think), comes back for this one cameo appearance. It doesn't have to be true, but I wish it was true. Let's be honest, the whole scenario reeks of something, so there's lots of smoke, and calling the fire department seems appropriate. It's only asking for an internal investigation after some really weird shit just went down (forward progress).
Chunt owes Triplette a few months under the pressure of an investigation to ensure his legacy will be forever known for that one call. Not because people don't make mistakes, but because he invented a scenario so that his crew's bad call could not be reviewed and/or reversed. That should be his legacy as he moves to ESPN.
