There's still some question as to whether digital PC customers will get it. Boxed PC copies got a physical code. Digital customers did not.

I believe that I will get the armor, as soon as DA2 is registered on my EA account. But it'll remain in question until it shows up on my entitlements page.

Play (and beat) the demo. P

I don't know if the sign-up pages are still active for Hindsight and Staff of Parthalan, but they require a sign up for the newsletter.

This includes Hawke, the main character in Dragon Age II, as a companion, a bundle of in-game items to help accelerate their progress and an exclusive that will forever designate a player as a BioWare Signature member.
So you play dragon age 2 to unlock items for legends, and play legends to unlock items for da2.

The new legends build has unlocks for people who owned Mass Effect 2 and Dead Space 2 (they aren't active yet). Seems kind of cool.
